01About
Building the technology that keeps people off the facade.
Aykut Bilici is the Co-Founder & CTO at THUB Technologies, where he focuses on the development of robotics, automation and technology-driven solutions for modern building operations.
His engineering work includes the development of robotic facade cleaning and inspection technologies designed to improve safety, operational efficiency and consistency in commercial and high-rise building maintenance.
Through Towercraft, he works on combining robotics, automation and facade intelligence to reduce the reliance on labour-intensive work at height while creating more predictable and measurable facade maintenance processes.

02Ventures
Three ventures. One engineering question.
Which parts of building maintenance should a person no longer have to do by hand, at height?

THUB Technologies
Co-Founder & CTO
The engineering base: robotics, automation and technology-driven solutions built for the realities of modern building operations rather than for the lab.
thubtechnologies.ioTowercraft
Co-Founder & CTO
Robotics, automation and facade intelligence brought together to reduce the reliance on labour-intensive work at height — and to make facade maintenance predictable and measurable instead of reactive.
towercraft.ioUVCraft
Co-Founder & CTO
UV-C based disinfection technology for high-contact environments — engineered around controlled, recordable operation rather than assumed coverage.
uvcraft.net03Perspective
Safety at height should not depend on how careful someone is on a given day. It should be a property of the system doing the work.

Engineering before equipment
The useful question is not which machine to buy, but which part of the job should stop being done by hand at all.
Measurable, not assumed
A facade that reports what was cleaned and inspected, where and when, turns maintenance from an assumption into a record.
Built for the field
A system only counts once it survives wind, weather and a real maintenance schedule — not a demonstration.
